Welcome to this website. My name is Logan Scisco and I have been following professional wrestling since March 1995. I grew up as a fan of the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) but went on to follow other promotions such as World Championship Wrestling (WCW), Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), the United States Wrestling Association (USWA), and Smoky Mountain Wrestling (SMW).
Since I possess a Master’s degree in history, I aim to use my academic talents to chronicle the evolution of wrestling during specific years. I recently finished a project on the ECW in 1995, entitled What the World Was Watching: The World Wrestling Federation in 1990, and am working on a project about the WWF in 1991. Other books are in development on the WWF in 1992 and ECW in 1993. I look to record the developments of matches, backstage events, win-loss records, house show results (if applicable), and a breakdown of major angles during a specific year.
I have written about professional wrestling for more than a decade. In the past I have written for websites such as Shooting Star Press, Inside Pulse, and most recently for Scott Keith’s Blog of Doom.
The major purpose of this website is to chronicle my work independently and to share my passion project(s) with the wrestling community. If you have any questions about upcoming content or want to say anything about the website, please e-mail me at logan.scisco@topper.wku.edu.
